An affordable workspace will become available for rent, starting DECEMBER 2026
These workspaces are intended for organisations that fit the zoning plan (“socio-cultural, medical, educational, recreational and sports facilities, day-care centres and similar social facilities”), including socially engaged organisations or small enterprises, like craftspeople.
We have a strong preference for projects that have a function that provides a regular, accessible, reliable service to neighbours and/or other communities.
IMPORTANT!
The tenants are expected to get involved in the day to day running of the building and the public space.
The workspaces are currently not wheelchair-accessible.
